LULU CITY CONDOMINIUMS
What's New
Posted 2-14-11 The board meeting scheduled for this week has been canceled due to lack of sufficient business. We will reschedule another meeting in another month or so.
Posted 12-3-10 Thanks to all who reponded to the DIRECTV survey. Only 31% of owners responded that they wanted this service and the only way we could do it was to put it in every unit. The board did not feel it ws a good decision to impose this on everyone when only 31% wanted it. Happy Holidays -Jan Davy
Posted 12-3-10 The Town contacted Full Circle and asked us to notify all of the Lulu City owners that there will be a work session concerning the Pearl Property next Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Rebekah Hall. The intent is to keep it mostly open space and to discuss rezoning it to an open space designation, and to discuss rezoning the parcel next to Entrada for more limited uses. Neighboring owners are welcome to, and encouraged to attend the work session.
Posted 9-1-10 There is new information regarding dryer vents for all Building 3 & 4 owners. Please click on the link below for more information.
Posted 12-15-09 Carbon monoxide detectors/alarms are now required in all short term rental units. For your safety, there are carbon monoxide detectors installed in all HOA common area boiler rooms.
Regardless of the new requirements, Full Circle strongly recommends that you install a detector as soon as possible. They can be purchased at your local hardware store.
Posted 10-30-09 We recently received a mailing from the Town of Mountain Village with information about an Entran II Radiant Heating lawsuit. Some other associations have already received this information from the Town of Mountain Village, however, any Lulu City owners that have in-floor heating installed should be alerted as well. Please click on the link below for current information.
To date, Dan Witkowski has confirmed that Lulu City does not have Entran heat tubing in the common areas, however, we strongly recommend that each of you arrange to have your individual units inspected.
